I applied for the position on 7/3/12, and the company called me back for an interview opportunity about a week later. The whole interview with Melody, the HR Manager, was approximately 30 minutes. She was very professional, warm, and gracious. She described the company culture as having a somewhat family atmosphere and that many of the employees there had been there long-term (one since the opening of the company). She asked about my volunteering experiences at the hospital and about my education at UCF. From what she heard from me and what she read on my resume, she saw a lot of experience that could be applied to this position. At the end of the interview, she stated that out of 300+ applicants, she had whittled the strongest candidates down to six. It was exactly a week from the interview that she informed me that they had chosen someone else.
