I was asked common interview questions related to my experience, and provided information about the position, duties, and the primary current priorities for the role by the Hiring Manager and HR Manager. No behavioral based interview questions were asked. The interviewers were pleasant and engaged. However, I assume I was not selected for the position because they failed to proactively follow up with me after the interview to inform me of their decision. I reached out twice to their Recruiter/HR personnel, but didn't receive any response. That and their failure to contact me proactively regarding their decision on my application struck me as unprofessional. P.S. their first year PTO benefits are only 5 days which is abysmal for the position compared to similar positions at other companies.
