Entretien
There were multiple rounds via internal recruiter. I went through 3 rounds of interviews with various dev manager, project manager, BA and PM. After that they said there were going to be a decision between another person and myself. No news for 3 working days. The internal recruiter called and said that they still not made a decision. Then after another working day, they replied and asked for another interview. By this point, it was over 1 week since the 3rd interview. It seems like they are not good at accessing what person they want or what skills they would like the person to have.
I declined this interview because I already had another offer which they knew about before my 3rd interview. I did really like them and loved to have worked with the team. Their lack of interview experience made me realised they are not very good at managing or organising their projects or teams. Very disappointing on their lack of interview strategy.

Question 1
How would you work in a project without documentation or specification?
Good set of dsa and sql were asked and based on resume. they went in dept of everything and asked little difficult questions. In the OA the DSA questions are very difficult and we were shortlisted by no of test cases passed.

Entretien
2 technical rounds followed by HR round. First round is telephonic discussion, 2nd round is Online Coding test quite challenging. Interviewer was polite and helped at times. A posting interview experience.
Interview process is fair. Not much difficult. Questions about the techs used in the Projects we have worked and some basic SQL questions.
The entire interview process is taking months to be completed. The HR will call you after you have joined your new company.
