Great process, HR kept me updated of next steps, I enjoyed the interviews, it was very interactive, not a “trying to grill you” type of interview but really assessing past experiences.

Past experiences, why join DTCC, goals in the new role
Long, maybe 7-8 rounds. This went on for months and was a waste of time. If they cannot select a candidate in 2 months then they should wait to hire for that role.

Would you be okay with a good amount of business travel?
Long and tedious. Too many rounds of interviews. Onboarding is terrible. My manager wasn't even the office my first day and didn't reach out to me via phone or email.
3 rounds of interview . The interviews were related to my work experiences from previous companies. Challenges faced in the implementations. How did I address the challenges. The last round was HR round.
