Small in person chat with standard problems, then a 5 day trial. The trial is what really sets this company apart as you get to really see what you're getting into
After application i got a phone call from a very nice person asking all sort of questions. That was followed by onsite interview by one of the software manager, followed by questions/chat with head of software.
