Initially I got a standard rejection email from the first time I applied. I was bit confused because I have a lot of direct similar experience to contribute to this role. Second time applied HR reached out and I had my first phone interview, it went well and he told me they were eager to for multiple roles in a short time span. I moved on to the next round, a week later I had an interview with the hiring manager. That also went very well, although he was on the road traveling and conducted my interview from an airport. Interview was about an hour long, and to be honest I thought I would go to the next round based on the conversation. I was contacted shortly after to give my availability for the next round of interviews. I immediately supplied my availability. No response. 2 days I followed up, no response. Another today's went by, I followed up again, still no response. I followed up the next week, no response. That was ghosted for 3 weeks, then finally sent a generic rejection email. This was a role I was really hoping to interview further for, but after the experience being ghosted I'm not sure it's worth working here.
