- Design problem - Need to build APIs to enable million user to take MCQ Exam
- DB Schema + Minor computation Flow
Barraiser Round
- Need to build a fully functional utility which will generate the MCQ question set consisting of n questions, based on the given subject weight and distributed equally among the tags.
After going through this hiring process I am suddenly liking those HR that reject your candidature after hearing your current and expected TC at the beginning only.
After 4 round they asked my current CTC and Expected CTC They denied they can't give my expected CTC. I said OK, I won't be proceeding with my candidature in that case. The application was closed from my side.
But, after a week HR came back saying they are OK with it (here company HR and External HR both took credits that they fought for me to get this compensation approved) and want to take one more round for this [Barraiser]. Also, they asked me to share all the documents before this round. I gave and certainly this round cleared it.
Then, HR ghosted me for 2 weeks stating lame reasons.
After two weeks finally HR picked my call with attitude stating she was very busy and was asking me for counter offer for my expected CTC.
At this point, I realized that it was for good that I did not get offer from here.
Nice to see their true colors before even joining the firm.
The hiring manager and HR partners associated with this company are joking. The worst thing is they took all my documents -- salary slips, current company offer letter even government ID then also did not extend even an indicative offer.
