Not a great experience, to be completely honest.
The recruiter who headhunted me on LinkedIn was awesome, very positive and upbeat - great for a start-up company. The search was "confidential" - no job description was sent at this point.
Phone call first. Google hangouts call second. In-person interview, third.
The VP, on the other hand, was not a pleasant experience. VP was 10 minutes late which made the interview come to a "hard stop". The VP seemed to be very persistent on my [outdated] LinkedIn resume, focused on a job from 11+ years back. Wasn't able to clearly ask a question to get the response VP was looking for. Within 5 minutes of sitting down with the VP, I could tell that I wouldn't want to work here. Received the job description after the VP spoke with the recruiter, after my interview.
I was told that I'd hear back end of week, turned into 2+ weeks later.
