First of all, the managing director was very rude and was late to the interview and just sat there on his phone throughout the interview, which made me feel like he was not listening to what I was saying. He didn't even look up from his laptop to acknowledge anything I had said. The design manager was asking me the questions but it came across as if they had already made their minds up on the outcome of my interview while I was in there. I was not shown around the office either, just kept in the show room, everything felt outdated with bright pink walls everywhere. Felt very negative - would not recommend
