Because the Chamber was small and nimble, I had casual interview conversations with my (to be) boss and the team she managed. It was basically to see if (personality wise) I was a fit for the team since the position was entry level. Now there are more layers (such as a phone screening) to the process.

Very easy, the hr go contacted me throughout the process and made sure I was well prepped, had a panel of senior staff interview me and they were nice and engaging
