I applied for the via Danske Bank’s webpage. Approximately one week after the deadline, I was invited to an interview. The interview took place one week later. Then monday the following week, they called me again an offeret me the position. Ther interview was primarily about me as a person, with a great focus on how I work and what I consider a good working environment.

I was asked to take a numerical test at home, and I spent one day in the assessment center. In the assessment center, I was interviewed by HR and two persons from the department. By the end of the day, I had a challenging case study.
