There was a CV screening round. No written exam. Shortlist was done on the basis of people with a background in HVAC or CFD. The selection is hardly based on GPA, but I guess 6/10 is a minimum they need. During the process they asked me about my project which was CFD related. I explained it in detail from scratch I.e. Basics to current progress. Overall it isn't that tough, although a few other candidates were asked a basics of HVAC, since they had it in their CV
