The process started with a pleasant phone call with HR, followed by an in-person interview with a team leader and a data analyst. The discussion was mostly non-technical and focused on getting to know me, with general and informal questions. They also explained the role and showed me the work location. Unfortunately, after this interview I did not receive any feedback or follow-up, which was disappointing. While the interview itself was friendly, the lack of communication after the final stage could be improved.
