At the first interview the lady told me she will send my cv to the manager... as she loves my energy ect and I will go to the second round. And then I got an email that I haven't been selected for the 2nd tour.

It was a short interview process, the team reached out to me and I was interviewed within a week with the hiring manager. Unfortunately was not selected due to my prior experience not being sufficient for what they were looking for.
