I had 2 interviews with and in-between assessment test. The first one was with HR personnel, and it was focused on my experience and my expectations, while the second one, with the future team leads was meant to establish my actual expertise in project management.

The interview was tedious and lengthy, in total there where 3 interviews each for 1,5 hour. They are looking for extremely good candidates for a less than average salary which was not disclosed during hiring process.
