No respect for the applicants time or effort. Honestly very unfortunate and frustrating as it seems like a cool position. First section involves an assessment that takes about 1 hour to complete. This consists of about 5 combinations (maybe more) of AI chat prompts and and possible responses. You have to review the prompt as well as the 2 responses for each question and research/fact check everything. This could very easily take more then 10 min per question. After this, they either pass of fail you based on your responses. If you pass this initial assessment (unfortunately i did) you move on to another assessment. Here you have the opportunity to basically get certified as an AI trainer. Before you start it indicated that it should take about 45 min. This section is the same as the initial assessment where u just review prompt + response combinations and verify whether or not the 2 responses are appropriate based on the prompt. During this section each question could also take you around 10-15 min if not more. One of the questions ever took me over 45 min just on its own (supposedly the time it takes to complete the entire assessment) before I gave up and moved on. There is also to way of knowing how far along the assessment you are. Usually I'm a very patient person so it really takes something over the top and unfair to get me frustrated. Try to imagine my frustration and disappointment by the 11th question considering most of them take 10-15 min some even 25 and some taking upwards of 45 min with the amount of research that has to be done to fact check these very niche prompts. In total spent more than 3 hours on both assessments and have to idea if I'm anywhere near finishing. It ended being over after 13-15 questions. I never bother spending time to write reviews like this but if it can save even one person from having having to go through this experience then it will be worth it. If the recruiters ever see this please change the estimated time it takes to complete the assessments because they are not accurate at all. As well, please add some sort of progress bar or something that tells you how far along in the process you are in the second assessment.

So there was no interview conducted during the selection process, admission was granted based solely on the applicant’s qualifications, ensuring that merit and academic achievements were the only criteria considered.
