It was quite fast, according how big company is. DataArt was not very fast in decision making according my appliance to this position. I had to ask them to make decision faster, because I've got good offers from others companies much faster. Overall, technical interview was a pleasure. English language interview gave me good vision on my strong and weak sides. So, it was quite nice experience.

The very first step is an English interview. Communication and language skills were tested within it. It was nice to talk and learn something about communication skills of myself. The next step is a technical interview. At the very beginning I've had a small talk with HR managers. They gave me most relevant information about company and opportunities it gives. After that was a technical interview. It took more than 2 hours in a row and was extremely interesting. We have shared experience and discussed most interesting projects. I've had to answer some optimization, technology and architecture connected questions. I've had yet another technical interview that was connected with a particular project. It contained much more technical details and technology-related questions. In addition, there was a technical task that I've done. It was not too complicated web application. I've had to show that I am able to use the technologies stack I am applying for.
