Emails with first recruiter, emails and phone call with second recruiter, take-home test, and several video conference interviews from remote workers. The second recruiter is mostly offering a sales pitch about the product and HQ culture, even though they are not hiring for HQ.

Entretien
There were 3 technical interviews with a small task for Kafka distributed logging in the middle. 1st one was a lead, 2nd with 2 technical staff and last one was kind of a review of the technical task from a single person.
