Interview process took about a month. I had a screening call with the recruiter first, and after that I had to do a total of 4 interviews spaced out over that period.

Question 1
I don't have a record of them but there were questions about my experience in presales, my approach, how to handle prospects, customers, prepare for a meeting, etc. There were also questions around DataStax's values as well as technical questions on Cassandra and Astra DB
Transparency is huge - recruiter was upfront about comp and benefits, I got to meet many of the people I would be working with directly, and I even got to meet someone in a similar role who gave me honest insights to the company & role outside of the formal interviews. I also did a sample demo / sales pitch which was a fun exercise to get my feet wet on the products I'd be working with and selling.

Question 1
Interestingly, almost every interviewer asked me about how I envisioned myself in the role, what personal goals I had, and how those two met in mutually beneficial way for myself and the company.
