I'll be honest - The Customer Success Team needs to get their act together. They just got another round of funding, then they go blast dozens of new positions on their site. I agree with the last interview post - they are trying to create false demand. It took them literally a month just to reply to me after applying online. They give a coding test that can take several days to complete. I completed the test, did a phone interview. 3+ months later and not a single email or any type of communication to tell me I did terrible, good - nothing at all. They just left me hanging. This was the most unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced. Just look through the other reviews and you will see I'm not alone in this assessment.

Very well thought out and fair process. It consisted of a recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, technical assessment (take home), and 2 technical interviews. Both the interviews with the hiring manager and the technical interviews were more high level and based on stated experience, not a python quiz or whiteboarding code.

Question 1
The technical assessment was thorough and covered many different aspects of software best practices - not just variations on leetcode or hackerrank problems.
