One round with the recruiter then on to the hiring manager via video call. Question and answer format. We ran through my resume and the hiring manager and recruiter spoke briefly about the role.
I have been in the game a long time and applied for a role that would be a step back for me. The hiring manager actually had far less experience than me and it showed. Ultimately, I was rejected for having too much experience (ageism) and they spun it like it was something they did to benefit me.

The process started with an initial recruiter screening focused on my background and motivation. This was followed by a hiring manager interview covering leadership experience and SDR strategy. I then completed a panel interview with sales leaders, including scenario-based and behavioral questions. The process was structured and communication was clear throughout.

Interview process was structured and focused on real leadership scenarios. Everyone was transparent and collaborative. Good to meet a wide array of employers during the process. Consisted of recruitment screening, multiple rounds of interviews along with a panel assessment.
