It started out as a great experience with the Talent team. They described the role, sold me the company & I also found very positive reviews about the company online. I progressed through 8(!) stages of the recruitment process, making it to the final stage - I believe - then they seem to have ghosted me. I followed up several times, and they finally responded to me about a month after my last interview, stating that I didn't get the job, which - of course - was obvious by that point. This still might be a good company for others, but I personally don't think I could work for a company that doesn't respect the candidates who wish to join the organisation.
It is not that difficult to have a template response email - as a minimum - to candidates, who didn't make the cut. Everyone's time and efforts should be valued - I personally invested at least 3 days into the preparation and the interviews themselves; I should be able to expect a basic response at the end of the process to learn about the outcome.
