Pros; HR Rep is competant and responsive - asked to show something that I have worked on ie AI model or somethiing similar. Cons: Models take awhile to build - non-proprietary. They were not expecting as detailed as the one I created... Classic overperforming an interview, they did not want a copy of it, I felt foolish spending so much time on something that was not even accounted for.
