      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dataflix (Hyderâbâd) en avr. 2022

      Entretien

      1. I got my first call from the HR in the month of March 2022 2. They asked for Parttime support after my working hours, I didn't accept it as I cannot give my 100% support to them. 3. Later in the month of April I got a call from HR again and asked for my availability for a Full-time Role as Product Manager. 4. I said I am interested as I am actively looking for a job in the Hyderabad location, but later I didn't get any communication for 3 weeks. 5. After 3 weeks again HR Called and said we will arrange 1st round of interviews and they arranged the interview. 6. The person who took my first round is really nice and he asked about my previous experience and the work I did in the past. later he explained the product which he wants to build. For the second round, he asked me to prepare a deck on any topic which I like most related to Product Management. 7. In the second round 5 more people joined along with the person who took my first round. I presented the deck with the things I know relating to the product they want to build with the product management approach. 8. Later there is no communication from HR for a week. I contacted them, and the answer from their end is that they are gathering input from every interviewer. 9. After One week they called and arranged the final round where all the salary negotiations has happened and they said they will get back to me. 10. Next day I got a call from HR where they started negotiation on salary again. After discussion, I and they agreed on the things. 11. Next day they called me and asked for all my documents for processing further to send the offer letter approval to higher management. I sent them as per their request. 12. I didn’t get any update for a couple of days when I contacted them, they said all levels approvals are done only CEO approval is pending. 13. later there is no communication for 1 week when I contacted them, they still used to say the same they are waiting for CEO approval. 14. After 2 more weeks HR again called and said that the requirement got changed. They want part-time support so they don’t want to recruit for full-time employment. As I got frustrated on hearing that after all the rounds and 3 months of process. Finally, I said no to giving them Part-time support as they don’t have clarity on what they were recruiting for. ------------------------------------------- Summary: 1. The Higher Management don’t have clarity on what they were recruiting for and doesn’t have confidence in building the product. 2. HR don’t have any clarity for the question I asked, for every question I asked they only say that they need to check with higher management. They act just as a mediator. 3. Process took almost 3 months where each round took 2 to 3 weeks gap. Finally, they changed the Full-time role to Part-time role at the end very easily. 4. They don’t give any respect to people’s time during the recruitment process. -------------------------------- Suggestions to persons who attend the interview with this company: 1. Even if you get an offer from this company, better to have a backup offer as they might change the requirement at any point in time. 2. Don’t share any documents (Pay slips, offer letter) with them earlier until you get the offer letter. They don’t trust the people and value their skills. Even after sharing your documents, there is a chance of changing the requirement at the last stage of recruitment.
