The Dataminr recruiter was late to our scheduled interview (not off to a good start).
Her questions were poorly structured and thus quite difficult to answer succinctly. Instead of asking single, specific questions, she 'asked' things like "I'm not familiar with your products at [company], tell me about your sales process, deal size, sales cycle, and sales approach."
On the topic of salary, she refused to provide even a rough estimate or range. She instead insisted that there is a wide range that they could offer, and they don't want to over or under-sell me... I understand not wanting to anchor me at a number above what I would be willing to accept, but in order to not waste each other's time, salary information is a necessity.

Straight forward, hiring manager interview. Then Vp of sales. mock discovery at the end. All remote. This was in 2021 so may have changed. The team was great and helped me prep.

Extensive process with 5 rounds of interviews. These include multiple people from the organisation and activities including a presentation.
The process is quite straightforward with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get clarification.
