Initial e-mail "interview," followed by phone interview, IQ test, panel interview and several private interviews. I really liked everyone with whom I interviewed and this seemed like a shining opportunity; however, I was offered a flexible schedule (and accepted a lower wage because of it). The department changed a lot from the time the offer was given -- I took a position in a department with over 50 years of collective experience. Within three months, they had all quit and I had to handle it all myself!
