If you interview here for any IT related job be prepared to take tests. I was extremely interested in the company and what they did and got a call for an interview after I applied for a position related to my experience. I drove all the way to the office and see that the "company" is basically 3 people. The owner/manager gives a quick overview of their web product and I was genuinely interested in what they were working on. I thought I would be talking with the programmer and designer about my skill sets but the Owner/Manager did the entire interview. THEN he slips in the question "are you comfortable taking a couple quick quizzes so we can see where you stand?". BIGGEST mistake. There were multiple logic, math, personality, and programming tests. I was so turned off by the interview experience I shut down mentally and once he left the room and I started reading through the ridiculous 16 page "logic test" the only goal in my mind was "how can I get out of this place??". I went to the bathroom a few times and seriously thought about just leaving because I had already decided I did not want to work for this company; but my morals got the better of me. They didn't ask about professional/freelance/school related projects I worked on and only cared about me finishing their tests.
Long story short; don't count on this being a "normal" interview. I've experienced "alternative" and unique interviews that have been challenging and insightful but this was like going to take the SATs (this was only an entry level position).
