I met with the engineering director for a while and discussed the job requirements. We also ended talking about personal interests that we had in common. After that, I met with two of the senior engineers and talked about more of the details required in the job. This was very interesting and productive because it allowed me to interact with the people I would ultimately be working with.

Entretien
Usually conduct two interviews. The first interview is with hiring manager, manager and HR manager. The second interview is with the hiring manager for some skill testing. The hiring process is long, usually it will take a few weeks until you can get an answer from them.
