My interview was virtual, very pleasant, and overall a great experience. During the interview, the people from Daxko were very clear with what the job consisted of, and extremely nice and helpful with any questions that I had.

It was a 3 part Zoom interview: beginning with a presentation and general interview questions (in the call, there were two current employees), job shadow for the job applied for and final interview.

Entretien
There was a one way video interview which allowed me to answer some standard questions with a couple chances to re-record if needed. Next was the zoom interview. I completed a live tech/software demo for a panel of 2 staff and answered more customer service related questions. I also had an opportunity to shadow an actual employee for 20 minutes.

Entretien
The interview process was very thorough and detailed, and every person that I met with made that process even easier. There was a specific description of expectations, and all that was asked of me was pertinent to the position I interviewed for, making it an overall positive experience.
