J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dcode (DC) (Washington, DC)
Entretien
The process was broken down into 3 phases:
1. Initial conversation with the recruiter: Simple fit assessment to see if you are a good candidate for the role.
2. Interview with a Director: Behavioral questions. Average difficulty. Very conversational.
3. Interview with C-suite: Average difficulty, very conversational.
Overall a very positive experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to make recommendations to clients. In the last interview, it was mostly behavioral questions, with a case that involved providing an associate with feedback on a report before sending it to the client.
Their process changed and evolved as the company has grown. It's a multiple stage process where you're applications are reviewed and screened by a 3rd party before having an initial interview with Dcode.

Question 1
Depending on how you look at it, there are a lot of intriguing or silly questions as part of their process. Their standard is along the lines of "Our CEO knocked on a thousand doors to get one yes. What lengths have you gone to get the job done?"
