Really laid back and informal. I met the manager at a wendys while he was out working. He explained to me the job and if I'd like to meet up with one of his guys and see what they did.

They didn't ask any questions from what I can remember.
Easy going interview process. I had a phone interview after a few days of applying. Got offered the job after the phone interview and started training within the next week.
