Phone interview at first, then a video chat where we roleplayed a couple of scenarios that one might encounter in the job, then a final interview in person (pre-lockdown, at least).

The two interviewers introduced their backgrounds first, including the project and the postgrad degree. Very patient and very detailed. This is definitely the best interview I have ever had during my whole professional experience.
