First interview is telephonic. If you clear then you will be called for F2F technical interview. If you clear technical interview then you have client round. After that you don't have anything. After that you won't get any call from them and if you call them they will tell you that you have been kept on hold. They are just wasting candidate time. They want people to join immediately but their interview process takes 1 month. Isn't it funny?
