Quick call with recruiter. Included very fast background of Deel, what they offer, benefits, etc. This role required sales/SDR experience at another company and they are offering a base of $45k - not competitive at all with what other companies are offering. Interview felt condescending and that Deel didn't have an interest in my background - just rushing through the interview to take notes.

Very quick but efficient process. some roleplay involved. strict but they have to be given the amount of applicants they receive. overall a wonderful experience although I didn't make it through the last stage.

Felt like I was dealing with very unprofessional people who did not know how to handle a recruitment process. Despite getting an offer I decided to say no. Never been through something like this. Waste of time!
