The interview process was fairly easy, although it was 4 rounds of interviews with differente levels up the chain, so it was a bit longer than the usual process. However, after the rounds were over the offer came around pretty quick

Entretien
A really smooth and quick process (2.5 weeks total). Was pleasantly surprised by how speedy it was and how transparent the team was/communicative regarding next steps and what to expect.
First Round: Phone Screening with recruiter (typical screening questions about general experience, salary expectations, etc.)
Second Round: Interview with Hiring Manager about CS experience, particularly about how I handle a high volume of escalations and issues, how I prioritize my customers, etc. Felt a lot more conversational than a typical interview, which was great.
Third Round: Case Study/Role Play. A few days before the call, I received a prompt with a few issues that a mock customer was facing and had to address the customer issues in the interview. The point isn't to get the answers right but for the interviewer to see how you act and think through the problems.
Fourth Round: Interview with the Head of CS at Deel. Similar to round 2, I was asked about my experience and my approach to CS. Also felt more conversational than an interview.
Fifth Round: Deel Elevate Interview. This is the final round and is meant to make sure you're aligned with Deel's values. They ask you a few questions to see how you've demonstrated the values (which are easy to find on their website) in your past work.
