First interview involved generic introductions and a few coding questions over a video chat.
The next step was an all-day interview on-site, meeting several members (over 10 interviewers) in the organization. It consisted of whiteboard coding, data structures and algorithms, very in-depth technical knowledge (both frontend and backend), architectural/system design questions, questions based on my resume and typical HR-like questions at the end. They were very hard similar to interviews at FAANG companies. Despite being a new grad with limited work experience, some interviewers expressed a great deal of frustration at me for not knowing all the answers to their questions. Overall very daunting and I was not given any breaks in-between despite being all day on-site.
Some interviewers were not even on-site so we did it over video chat... while I was on-site.
