For a junior level post, you get tests and activities which test your skill set in general and then you might have to face the HR department for a face to face interview. For a senior post, you have more responsibilities hence the tests and activities are more. They test your decision making power, how you handle difficult situations and let you know accordingly. For a senior position, you might have to face the CTO or someone from the senior management because the role comes with a lot of responsibilities. So usually, within 2 weeks, maximum 3, you will know whether you got the job or not.
