The atmosphere wasn't tense. The interviewers were encouraging. In fact you are encouraged to ask them qns. It was not as formal as I thought it would be. Just be yourself and you would be alright!

Mine was at a career fair in NTU. After stating my interest in the company, they called me for an interview with the HR within the school premises before my final exam. Thereafter, I headed down to the company for my 2nd interview with HR and Deputy director. Then the last interview was with the director.
