Used the military spouse reference and brought in my resume, marriage certificate, and spouse's orders. I spoke to the hiring manager and there was no interview questions. I was hired on the spot and waited a couple weeks for onboarding paperwork.

It was a quick interview.. with 2 supervising department officials. Asked a lot of questions about being able to work flexible schedules.. strongly stressed.. and also, cashing handling, and customer service

There is no interview!! I just submitted my application on usajobs.gov with my resume and they e-mailed me (Not called) to say I had been selected to be hired. All I had to do was submit a bg check and apply for my gov id.
