I did a phone interview then a few online assessments (excel, typing exercises, personality test). Then I was invited for an in-person interview. In-person interview was situational based, meaning they asked you to remember a time when, what would you do in this situation etc.

the first level of the interview was online contains 12 questions.it takes 1 hour for me to finish all questions some of them was written questions and some of them was oral

They called me a week after I applied on line. The interview took 40 mins. Basically, two persons were asking me while bunch of questions. Some of the questions are not even replayed to work.
