first had to submit CV and cover letter, then telephone interview, then various assessments, then zoom interview and a writing test. the whole process took 2 months. bad communication with HR as they didnt respond to my emails

This was, with no competition, the worst hiring process I've ever done for any company. Confusing application form, poor communication from HR, telephone interview organised at 6pm the night before, then AFTER the interview an online test which made absolutely zero sense.
