Hired within a week of initial interview and asked to start earlier than originally agreed upon.
The interview lasted about an hour +/- and included HR manager and immediate supervisor.
Also met briefly with Management.
Interview process included tour of the facility and overview of job duties and expectations.
Most questions are the standard, as in: "What would you do if an irate customer phones?", "How do you handle conflict?", etc.
The dress code is business casual; no suites required but no jeans.
The offices are not very cheery, A lot of cubicles in a room with no windows, but the offices, break rooms and restrooms were clean.
