The interview process was terrible, painfully slow, and dragging on for months with little to no communication. It became very clear that I was never seriously considered as a candidate, yet they continued to string me along without providing meaningful updates or feedback. The interview questions were robotic and outdated. Rather than engaging in a thoughtful conversation or assessing my actual qualifications, they stuck to cliché questions like "Tell me about a time you failed" or "What are your weaknesses?" - the kind of superficial prompts you'd expect from a high school mock interview, not a professional hiring process. There was no attempt to evaluate relevant experience, technical skills, or domain knowledge. Overall, the process felt like a complete waste of time. It was slow, disorganized, impersonal, and frankly insulting to someone who was clearly overqualified for the position. I’ve interviewed with many companies, and this was hands-down the worst experience I’ve had. I would not recommend engaging with this company if you value your time or professional integrity.
