Applied online in January 2016. Interviewed at Delphix (Menlo Park, CA). Had 6 rounds of interviews onsite and 2 phone screen including one technical 1:1 interview with an engineer. HR was really helpful and the technical engineer was really impressed with the solution I came up with during the interview. Had couple of interviews lined up with other companies so the HR was really helpful and flexible to schedule the onsite interviews as per my convenience.
