Three interviews with various management, then background check and ride. I met with the top management first and then was handed down to the midlevel guy who would intern be my direct boss. The process was good because all the good and bad was explained to a tee. They wanted to make sure I truly wanted the job so the care was good. However it was up to me to make this job what I needed it for and that was to make money.
