1st round was assesment for 1 and half hour. On various topics had to provide information using secondary research. 2nd round was Google meet. Asked about what you know about the company. Why looking for change

The interview started with customary introduction and then I explained my day to day work. Answered their questions in details linking with my daily tasks. This was first round of interview. While I understand that hiring decisions involve several factors, I was a bit surprised to hear that my skills the ones which I use on a daily basis—were deemed not up to the mark, especially as I wasn’t given a formal opportunity to demonstrate my proficiency through a test or practical assessment. I would have welcomed the chance to showcase my capabilities in that area. That said, I respect your decision and remain genuinely interested in your organization.
