The interview process consisted in 3 steps: a CV screening, the first behavioural interview where standard fit questions were asked, second more technical interview regarding the position, finally you get the offer

After screening the resume, we have the first round interview, which is a online meeting lasting around 30mins, then the second round interview is offline meeting, we need to go to the headquarter of Demant, and the offline meeting also lasts 30mins.
