Because I had already worked for this company about 10 years ago, the interview process was not the usual "let me tell you about my experience", since I had already more than 15 years of experience in the area of expertise and as manager of various engineering departments of this company in the past.

Great interview with a few standard questions and handful of unique ones. Felt like they came prepared and ready which helps a lot. I also interviewed directly with who would be my manager so they had a good idea of what the role entailed.

Nettes Gespräch, leider passte es wegen der Arbeitsbedingungen nicht(Arbeitszeit, Home Office Regelung) Wegen Corona wurde es remote geführt, hat aber sehr gut funktioniert. Die Ansprechpartner waren sehr professionell. Bewerbung würde ich wieder einreichen.

Not bad, a lot of technical and undertsnading between interviewer and interviewee. Mostly all background and some product design I am working on. But no product design required. Hopefully there is another time when we can go again.
