I saw the job listing on Indeed, or some such site, and quickly went to Den-Mat's website to find it directly there. I applied online through their website and received a phone call back from HR the same day scheduling an interview just 2 days later. Job interview included brief questioning by HR staff member followed by tour of facility and in-depth interview by hiring authority.

Very specific questions about my experience in sales and marketing to dentists. [I felt confident in my ability to crossover from medical device to dental device, but he was not convinced of similarity industry specialties.]

at the time they did monthly group interviews under the knowledge that many would not last very long as employees. At that time DenMAt would give anyone a chance and see if they could make it or not. most did not.

Apply online and interview if called. First and Second interview a possibility. Expect all of the standard processes in hiring. Noting new or different. They can be reached easily by phone or e-mail.
