It is essentially you as the interviewee describing your life story. What are tough decisions you made, How did those decisions shape you. It's a multi step interview, so you will have to come back in for anywhere from 1-3 interviews depending on the position and who your initial interview is with. It took roughly 2 weeks time to complete the whole process.
